It's official: No cancer
>> Wednesday, August 06, 2008
The docs didn't seem worried, and apparently there was, in fact, no need to be, because the lump tested negative for cancer.
You know, I had no idea how much the presence of this mysterious little lump of cells had been gnawing at my subconscious until it was finally removed. I feel unburdened.
Thanks again for the thoughts and prayers and magic you folks sent my way.
P.S. I found out that putting a party hat on a three-year-old during a tantrum has the potential to end it. That's handy, because those of you that told me that three was much, much harder than two? You. Were. So. Right.

I don't really know you, but that never stopped anyone in the blogging world from saying I am glad that the news was good. It must be such a relief. I've had experiences like this with my wife, and the waiting for answers is torturous!
Thanks Neil! Much appreciated.
I am very very very relieved for you. It's odd maybe, just from online, but I so did not want someone else I knew dealing with this. Here's to ongoing health!!
P.S. I am not one who said anything about 3 but oh yeah. So true. Just a few months left here.
Thanks Julie - I know what you mean. Things have been rough in the blogosphere lately. Amen to health!
